Malta Project
In 2006, Aurora Trust signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Heritage Malta, Malta’s national agency for the management of the islands’ heritage sites. After a series of discussions with archaeologists from Heritage Malta and the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage it was decided that the Malta project would focus on an offshore area where our local partners had reports of cultural deposits present in deep waters.
