Bios Craig T. Mullen Co-founder of the AURORA Trust for Ocean Exploration and Education, Craig Mullen has led the development and application of emerging technologies and state of the art undersea robotic tools used in nautical archeology. Craig was the founder and President of Eastport International, a pioneering firm in advanced mapping, imaging, and remotely operated robotic vehicles. He successfully employed these sophisticated technologies to locate, document and recover objects as diverse as the Space Shuttle Challenger and the USS Monitor. Later, as President of Oceaneering’s Advanced Technologies Group, Craig led expeditions to locate numerous twentieth century and ancient ship wrecks in virtually all the world’s oceans, from the shoreline to 25,000 foot ocean depths.
